Admissions Representative (Position Code: AR)The positions carry the following responsibilities: The candidate must possess the following skills/characteristics: Minimum Bachelor's Degree is required. Recent college graduates with high GPA as well as experienced professionals are encouraged to apply. Positions include benefits. Relevant experience with Admissions a plus but not required. This position involves other activities such as providing assistance to the CEO and management on a diverse range of projects. Therefore the knowledge of MS Windows and Office are essential. Candidates must be strong in basic math.
Financial Aid Representative (Position Code: FAR)The ideal candidate for this position would have a BS degree, with emphasis in accounting or finance, or a BS/BA degree with accounting coursework or related work-experience. Strong ability to work with numbers and financial information and reports, working knowledge of Microsoft suite of applications (Windows Explorer, Word, Excel), strong analytical ability and organizational skills, excellent writing and verbal communication skills, and an ability to learn new skills. Must be familiar with general reconciliation concept. Experience with different financial systems and in particular the US Education Department's Federal Financial Aid systems (ED Express, ED Connect, DLSAS, SSCR, etc.) a plus, but not necessary.
