Mission Statement:

The mission of TLC is as follows:

  • To partner with our IT and Federal government clients and offer them excellent technical expertise and customer service.
  • To offer hands-on training in computer application software and allied health, along with career development and counseling services.
  • Our company's top two values (our Guiding Principles) are integrity and compliance. TLC's employs standard operational practices to ensure compliance with all applicable state and Federal rules and regulations. We strive to maximize our customer satisfaction by utilization of standard processes and procedures across our client operationsas part of our service offerings. We regularly review these processes for continued improvement in support of our client's established Key Performance Indicators (KPI) objectives and other business goals.
